Why should I use FrillPay?
FrillPay is a versatile system designed to facilitate online payments.

What currencies are supported by FrillPay?
Currently, FrillPay supports USD currency.
How can I become a customer of FrillPay?
To become a customer of FrillPay, you need to complete the registration process within the system and upload the requested documents for KYC processes.
How can I register in the FrillPay system?
To register in the FrillPay, click on the "Register" button located at the top right side of the website and then just enter your information as required.
What should I do if I encounter an error during registration?
If you encounter an error during registration, it may be due to our website server undergoing maintenance. Please try again after a few hours. Additionally, your IP address might be blacklisted by our DDOS protection system. In such cases, try changing your outgoing IP address or contact our customer support for assistance at support@frillpay.com immediately.
I haven't received my account activation email. What should I do?
If you haven't received your account activation email, please check if you entered the correct email address during registration. It is also possible that the email was blocked by your spam filters. We recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder as the email may be delivered there within a few hours. If you still haven't received the email, please consider registering again using a different/valid email address or contact FrillPay support to get the verification mail re-sent to you.
What documents should I upload for validation?
In order to validate the customer's account, the customres are kindly requested to please upload the Identity Card, Passport or a Driving License to provide the Proof-of-Identity.
What should I do if the system doesn't accept my password or if I have lost my password?
If the system doesn't accept your password or if you have lost it, you may always reset your password by following this link > https://frillpay.com/password-reset and a new password will be mailed to you on your registered email address with us.
Can I have multiple accounts from one IP address?
Yes, you can have multiple accounts from one IP address. However, all the accounts must have the different personal data.
What safety measures should I take when logging into my account?
When logging into your account, ensure that the address bar of your browser displays the correct URL: https://frillpay.com which must contain the SSL (HTTPS://) in the beginning of the domain. Consider using a virtual keyboard to protect yourself from potential identity theft caused by spyware. Remember that to log into your account, you only need to use your Email Address, password, and captcha code (sometime). On occasion, we may request you to confirm your identity by entering a code sent to your email. Please note that we will never ask any other details than them. If you encounter such requests, you are likely on a phishing site, so exit immediately. Ensure that your antivirus software is up-to-date and your computer is free from viruses and malware.
Which account number should I use to receive money?
To receive funds, you should use your primary email address with us, which also serves as your login.
Is it possible to get a payment back?
No, it is not possible to reverse or refund payments made within the FrillPay system. All payments are final and irreversible.
How can I request money from someone who doesn't have FrillPay wallet?
You can request money from anyone, even if the sender doesn't have a FrillPay account. Simply use our MyInvoice feature to create an invoice for him/her, set the exact amount, and share the link of that invoice with the sender. After registering with FrillPay, the sender will be able to transfer the funds to you.
How can I determine the fee for my internal transfer?
To find out the fee for the Funds Transfer to other FrillPay users, fill out the form on the Transfer page, enter the exact amount and you'll be able to see the fee to be paid.
Why do I need an exchange service?
Exchange service providers directly work with a wide range of payment options, allowing users to benefit from using the FrillPay system. These providers assist FrillPay users in loading their accounts through various payment systems. Similarly, users can withdraw funds to other payment systems. For more information on the payment tools offered by exchange services, refer to the "Certified Exchange Service Partners" page.
Which countries can I top-up/withdraw funds to?
For a comprehensive list of countries where you can buy/sell your funds, please refer to the "Certified Exchange Service Partners" section and select the desire country from the list to see the details.
How do I get access to FrillPay's API for my website?

What are the fees for withdrawals through a currency exchange service?
